IJSSEL Predictive Maintenance

Trainingen worden graag gegeven. Daarvoor organiseert IJssel Predictive Maintenance trainingen van 1 dag of een 1/2 dag. Dit kan bij een van onze Predictive Maintenance vestigingen in Uithoorn, Tiel of Zwolle. Ook bij u ter plaatse trainen wij graag. In de trainingen wordt allereerst de achtergrond technieken besproken ten aanzien van het gebruik van de contactloze temperatuurmetingen.  Daarnaast worden bij voorkeur de applicaties besproken die bij u worden of kunnen worden toegepast. Temperatuur is een belangrijke parameter waar processen veelal op worden gestuurd of een hoge nauwkeurigheid moet worden gerealiseerd. De temperatuurmetingen van AMETEK Land dragen bij tot een grote kostenbesparing, een vermindering van het energie verbruik of een toename van de productie. Tevens betreft het vele veiligheidsapplicaties. In de cursussen van IJssel Predictive Maintenance wordt ook de voordelen van veiligheid behandeld, waar men op moet letten, bij contactloze temperatuurmeters / pyrometers. Meer dan 25 jaar assisteren wij onze klanten met de keuze voor het inbouwen of opbouwen van de juiste contactloze temperatuurmeters / pyrometers.

History of AMETEK Land

AMETEK Land has been trading for well over a century. Originally in the silver plate trade, the company was transformed in 1947 by Tom Land into a hi-tech business developing products for industrial temperature measurement.

In June 2006 LAND became part of the Process & Analytical Instruments Division of AMETEK, Inc., a global supplier of high-end analytical instrumentation, with headquarters in Paoli, Pennsylvania, USA. AMETEK has approximately 10,000 employees, with over 60 plants and 60 sales and service operations in the USA and more than 30 other countries.
AMETEK Land specialist in the design and manufacture of infrared temperature measurement, process and thermal imaging, combustion efficiency and environmental emissions monitoring.
AMETEK Land is very much an international company with 300 employees worldwide.

Product development and manufacturing facilities are at the Head Office in Dronfield, England and in Pennsylvania, USA. Customer support and sales are handled by AMETEK Land offices in Europe, North America, Mexico and Japan. All other major countries are covered by distributors, who receive specialist training at the AMETEK Land facility in Dronfield. This ensures good support for customers and provides feedback of their specific requirements to AMETEK Land. Customer support and back-up will continue to play a major role in the future development of the company, on a worldwide basis.
